Information on a stay - deluxe hotel in Ahrntal valley

Rooms are available from 14:00. On the day you are due to depart we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 at the latest.

50 % of the treatment price is charged for booked beauty or health treatments which are not cancelled within an appropriate time (1 day in advance).

If you have not taken out travel cancellation insurance, the following cancellation fees apply: up to 30 days before arrival 0 %, 29 to 3 days before arrival 50 %, from 2 before arrival and in the event of early departure 100 %.

0 – 1 years old: free
2 – 3 years old: - 80 %
4 – 8 years old: - 50 %
9 – 14 years old: - 30 %

Child discount only applies when children are staying in their parents’ room.

Quadrupeds are very welcome! Dogs are not permitted access to the restaurant, the wellness area and the relaxation area in the hotel garden. We do however provide you with the opportunity to dine in a separate area, where you can bring your dog with you. Dogs must be insured and be registered prior to arrival. They are only permitted in the ‘Rose’ suite category. Owners are liable for any damages. There is a contribution to cover costs of € 25 per day, not including feed.

Spaces in the garage can be reserved by all guests – as per availability - for € 15 per day.

These are 3.40 € per person and night, and apply to all guests over the age of 14. They are used to promote tourist attractions in the region. The fee is not included in the overall price of your stay and can only be paid when you get here.

You can pay in cash, via debit or credit card.

For a stay of less than three days, there is a 10% surcharge per day and person.

For solo use of a double room or suite there is a surcharge of 50 % of the respective category price. This surcharge does not apply to the Royal single room.

To spare you from any unpleasantness, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for all the family.

There will be no refund for any services not availed of during your overnight stay.

For a reservation to be binding, we request a deposit of € 400 paid via credit card.
